Play Instructions
- Install the game - Full Installation.
- Apply the official HOMM 3: SOD v3.2 [US] Update.
- Replace the original HEROES3.EXE file with the one from the File Archive.
- Extract the HOMM3_SOD_32_CD_CRACK.EXE Patch from the File Archive to the game directory.
- Execute the Patch to remove the CD-Check from: HEROES3.EXE
- Play the Game!

- Use unSafeDisc v1.5.5 to unwrap the correct HEROES3.EXE.
- Replace the original HEROES3.EXE executable with the one just created.
- Extract the HOMM3_SHADOWS_OF_THE_DEAD_CD_CRACK.EXE Patch from the File Archive to the game directory.
- Execute the Patch to remove the CD-Check from: HEROES3.EXE
- Play the Game!

There are some problems playing the Intro Video on some systems, if this happens change the following in the windows registry to skip it:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\New World Computing\Heroes of Might and Magic III\1.0
Now set the First Time key to: 0
